Covid-Fitness

Well friends, it's been a very strange year! From indecision about when to Shelter-in-Place to how long we shelter, to if we can continue In-Home services or school, we all have been "on edge". Emotions and our body mass index (BMI) have been on one heck of a rollercoaster!

I'd like to have full programs to offer you all, but for now, FitClub has been hunkering down & waiting for more folks to get their vaccinations against Covid-19, (at least the first variant).

Until then, here are some easy to implement walking and exercise guidelines you can follow:
